Forage Forage Forage…

I love having a good rummage at flea markets, it’s the whole idea that you can find something completely unique that no one else will have in their home and wondering about the history behind it! Here’s a few snaps of some of my latest finds in Lewes Flea Market

“World Famed”? Can’t say I’d ever heard of it, but look at what I’ve since discovered here! The bottles date from the late 1890’s. Looks like something from a vampire’s bathroom cabinet, I might keep it in mine to freak out nosey friends…

A really old Bovril Bottle

I love the irony…

This was my favourite find! It was written by John Stainer.

This is the best bit! I wonder who E.A Harrie was…

Wow. These are amazing. Brilliant the way you’ve used old objects and then photographed them with a short depth of field, really adds to the mystery they carry, and gives me a sense that I’m discovering something. All in all the photos are very interactive and have a precious nature to them. Keep up the good work!
