So here is part two of Hannah & Glyn’s beautiful East Sussex wedding in Barcombe! You can see part one HERE. It was featured in Your Sussex Wedding Magazine! This is one of my favourite wedding magazines because everything in it is so relevant because it’s all local businesses and venues. I blogged about it recently HERE.
Hannah and Glyn wanted to remain as eco-concious as possible which is why they chose the stunning new Barcombe Village Hall which has been designed to be as sustainable as possible. There were gorgeous views from every angle!
Hannah’s uncle’s band ‘Newick Folk’ played some brilliant folk music which created a great, countryside atmosphere! 🙂 You can listen to their music on their website.
Glyn surprised Hannah with the cake!
Hannah and Glyn’s family and friends helped them to decorate the hall the day before the wedding
The tables were named after places in Guernsey and Herm
As I mentioned in part one, Glyn proposed to Hannah at a lighthouse in Guernsey so this set the nautical theme!
I love green and white flowers!
This is the cake! Glyn’s mum made as a surprise for Hannah!
It was a very ‘DIY wedding’, Hannah & Glyn’s mums painted dozens of place settings onto pebbles in keeping with the nautical theme
The ushers unveiling their superhero alter-egos to match their buttonholes!
During the speeches Glyn presented Hannah’s dad with these three camels, this is part of an in joke. -Hannah Dad was once offered camels in return for Hannah’s hand when she was running an Arabic conference!
Hannah and Glyn had a choreographed dance routine for their first dance, to ‘L.O.V.E’ by Nat King Cole!
Hannah and Glyn and their friends and family were all so lovely, I’m still working my way through all the wedding magazines Hannah gave me! They also sent me a gift after the wedding to say thank you, I blogged about it here 🙂
Congratulations Hannah and Glyn! xx
